Reggae Reggae Sauce Recipes
So I purchased some Reggae Reggae Sauce from Sainsbury after seeing the guy on the excellent TV show Dragons Den but what I will be doing with it? Hmmm finding it difficult. I do not want to use it like ketchup so a marinade as part of a fried rice dish or in a George Foreman grill seems like the a decent idea. I am going to create something tonight and if it is good I will post up a recipes.Update: Ok this was good....
A) Reggea Chicken Legs in the oven... (Taste rating: 7/10)
1. Line backing tray with foil.
2. Put the chicken with bone, you may remove the skin from the thigh but I would keep them on the legs.
3. Massage the chicken with Reggae Raggae and sticking it under the skin where possible.
4. Grill the chicken for 40 minutes at 190C or BBQ it under a low heat and lid.
6. Server with whatever.
B) Reggae Reggae Sauce Stack (Taste rating: 10/10)
1) Place chicken breast into foil and place on tray
2) Pepper it both sides
3) Place fresh oregano under the breast
4) 1 table spoon of Reggae Reggae source on top the chicken
5) Place Bacon on top of the chicken
6) Place small fresh tomatoes around the chicken
7) Grate a little cheese.
8) Place in oven at 200C for 35 minutes and serve with vegetables or mash.
C) Reggae Reggae bacon sandwich (Taste rating: 11/10)
1) Erm bread
2) Erm bacon
3) Add Reggae Reggae Sauce!

I take it it wasn't so good?

Well I tried it in a marinade with some chicken legs in the oven for 40 mins and it tasted pretty good, nice and hot if a little too sweet so it is best not to cover it in too much source.
